Attribute Analytics is the place to view and analyze all of the customer data that you have gathered through Bridg surveys, imported into your Bridg account using the Contact API, or gathered through attribute tracking available in any email campaigns that you launched from your Bridg account.
You can access the attribute analytics page by selecting the Attributes item on the navigation panel.
Upon arriving to the Attributes Analytics page you will notice that you can view breakdowns of each of the customer attributes you have collected along with the number of responses for each attribute category.
This data can prove to be useful for a variety of reasons. For example, in the chart above you'll notice that 7.7% of customers have designated gluten-free dietary preferences. This information could be used when making decisions on new menu items or as a signal that a gluten-free marketing campaign might be beneficial in the future.
